Abby is going there today because she’s noticed a lot of sadness, fear, feelings of separation and discord surrounding the election. We all have our own opinions and our opinions or outlook should empower us rather than divide us. Today Abby will discuss ways to reframe the political rhetoric and take a step back to look at a potentially bigger picture to help us feel more empowered and less divisive in our day to day thought process.
